Song Travelers Writing Retreat Is for All Skill Levels
Song Travelers focuses on your personal writer’s voice and goals, therefore is appropriate for any level of writing experience and skill. You do not have to play an instrument to attend, and you do not have to have written a song.
Work will focus on effectively putting your ideas to song, refining your co-writing skills, overcoming your fear of self expression, and voice and guitar tips, and skill-building for a more authentic and convincing performance.
About the Instructors
Platinum Songwriter & Producer Wyatt Easterling has enjoyed a star-studded career working with a who's who list of top tier Nashville Country and Pop music artists over the years including Michael Johnson, Neal McCoy and John Michael Montgomery, Keith Urban, Miles Copeland, Paul Thorn and more. He is currently focusing on his own touring and recording as well as new artist production and development. He founded Song Travelers Songwriting Retreat in 2016.
JEN & SCOTT SMITH

This husband/wife songwriting team has maintained a successful indie music career with 6 self produced albums and a plethora of music in film and television. They've shared stages with John Mayer, Joe Cocker, Dan Fogelberg and Foreigner and have contributed guitar, voice, cello, keys & production/engineering on 100's of albums. This year they are co-writing and producing and album with best selling author Lee Child based on his Jack Reacher character. They are also hosts of the lauded Wood and Stone Retreat Songwriting Workshop since 2013.
Louisiana born Georgia raised Chuck McDowell is an award winning songwriter and entertainer with a reputation as a remarkably prolific songwriter in song writing circles around the country. Clever and driven in his pursuit to write better songs, his focus and energy has gained attention from, and garnered co-writes with, some of most lauded songwriters & lyricists of our day.
